Job summary

The Columbus Organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician to provide outpatient care to adults and adolescents in Sevierville, Tennessee.

This opportunity offers a Monday-Friday daytime schedule, outpatient-only practice, approximately 12-15 patients per day, and no routine weekend, holiday, or on-call coverage. You will collaborate with Advanced Practice Nurses to improve community health.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted Tennessee medical license.
• Valid DEA registration.
• Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and adolescent patients.
• Provide women's health services within the scope of the position.
• Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Promote preventive care and patient education.
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Nurses and healthcare team.
• Serve as a clinical preceptor and resource for APNs.
• Travel approximately 20%, primarily within the service area.
