The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and experience in job development or vocational rehabilitation. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in job development or vocational rehabilitation.
• Valid Colorado Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to assist in obtaining community-based employment.
• Develop individual employment plans with client input.
• Provide individualized follow-along aides to maintain employment.
