Faith Works Counseling in Farmington, NM is seeking Community-Based Clinicians to be trained in Multisystemic Therapy (MST) to deliver life-changing care in homes and communities.

This MST-based role offers extensive paid training and weekly supervision, with supportive leadership and manageable caseloads. You’ll engage with caregivers, schools, courts, and community supports to drive measurable outcomes and weekly impact.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Licensure or license-eligible.
• Training in MST provided even if MST experience is not required.
