Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Association Manager to support property management in line with company policies and standards, with a focus on lease administration, income/expense management, facilities management and tenant relations.

You will assist with field activities, conduct inspections, prepare budgets and operate manuals while maintaining proactive tenant communication and safety.

Qualifications

  • Two years of experience as an on-site manager managing property or building operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • CAM certification/license preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret leases and other documents.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with field activities for properties.
  • Oversee tracking and response to tenant service requests.
  • Maintain tenant relations and regular communication with tenants.
  • Perform quarterly property inspections.
  • Coordinate insurance requirements for properties and vendors.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly reports and budgets.
  • Develop tenants’ manuals and emergency procedures.
  • Maintain safety procedures and a safe work environment.
