Job summary

Article Student Living is seeking a part-time Community Assistant to support the on-site team, attract qualified leads, and engage with residents. You’ll be the face of the property, conduct tours with prospective residents, join community events, and support leadership in attracting residents.

You will report to the Property Manager and contribute to a welcoming community while gaining hands-on marketing and customer service experience in a student-living environment.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required for this entry-level role.
• Current students and residents are encouraged to apply.

• Organize tasks and focus on main priorities.

Responsibilities

You will get to be the face of the property, conduct property tours with prospective residents, join in community events, and support the property leadership to attract qualified leads.
