Job summary

Mass General Brigham Community Anesthesiology is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologist to join our team at Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton, Massachusetts. This is a community-based practice with six operating rooms, obstetric services, and multiple endoscopy locations, offering collegial collaboration with CRNAs and access to Mass General Brigham resources.

The role supports a 5-day workweek with 72 calls annually and a base compensation of $545k–$555k with

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency program.
• Board certified or board eligible through the American Board of Anesthesiology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to providing safe, compassionate, high-quality patient care.
• Ability to work successfully within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across six operating rooms, multiple endoscopy locations and obstetric services.
• Join a close-knit group of anesthesiologists and CRNAs within a community-based practice.
• Remain connected to the broader clinical resources and professional opportunities of Mass General Brigham.
