Highmark Health is offering a Summer 2027 Community Affairs Undergraduate Intern position in the Western PA Region. The role supports planning and execution of community and employee engagement initiatives, corporate social responsibility projects, and stakeholder engagement across Western PA.

Interns will collaborate with internal teams and community organizations to support programs that strengthen community impact and social responsibility.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student in a college or university.
• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Nonprofit Management, Government Affairs/Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of community and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support events, volunteer programs, stakeholder engagement activities, and administrative tasks.
• Conduct research and reporting to inform community impact and program effectiveness.
• Develop communications materials and assist with program evaluations.
