Job summary

Belmont Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an Admissions/Marketing Coordinator to manage inquiries and convert them into admissions. You will lead marketing events, open houses, and community activities, while serving as the face of the facility to prospective residents and families.

You will maintain relationships with local physicians, discharge planners, and other referral sources, coordinate admissions, and assist with obtaining medical information to support smooth transfers and policy

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality are essential.
• Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously are desirable.
• Strong relationship-building with healthcare providers and community partners is important.

Responsibilities

• Manage consumer inquiries and convert them into admissions.
• Lead facility marketing events and open houses.
• Maintain contact with physicians, hospital discharge planners, and other referral sources.
• Visit residents in hospital or home prior to transfer.
• Coordinate all resident admissions and obtain medical information as needed.
• Assist families in understanding facility policies and procedures.
