Job summary

Threshold, Inc in Wisconsin is seeking an Activity Leader to provide social, educational and community instruction for clients with disabilities. This full‑time role runs 35–40 hours weekly, typically Monday through Friday, with daytime hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; no experience required; or equivalent.
• Medication Administration, CPR/AED and First Aid, and crisis intervention training within 6 months.
• WI driver's license and good driving record for transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with instructions of all program activities.
• Assist clients with goals and observe progress.
• Care for personal needs of clients (grooming, transfers, etc.).
• Document progress and communicate with team leaders.
• Transport clients to community activities using agency vehicles.
• Build relationships with clients, families and community.
• Administer medication or medical procedures as needed.
• Maintain program area cleanliness and organization.
• Record daily attendance and follow safety policies.
