Allstate is seeking a Communications Strategy & Operations Lead Consultant to own projects, develop strategic plans, and act as a trusted advisor across the enterprise. Allstate's Agency Distribution channel is seeking a communications strategic Lead Consultant who has demonstrated success with writing, consultation and project management. Project ownership, strategy development, and serving as a consultant to the business are key factors in the opportunity. This role helps develop the strategic design, planning, and implementation of strategy for key Distribution programs and will include processes to support individual business function objectives with alignment to the enterprise strategy. The ability to build relationships across the enterprise as the subject matter expert and advocate for the agency channel will be another factor of this role.

Compensation offered for this role is 85,000.00 - 145,075.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
