The Large Power Systems Communications Specialist will partner with leaders and cross-functional enterprise teams to shape messaging and drive alignment that advance the organization's business objectives. In this role, you’ll lead and execute strategic communications initiatives that support division and enterprise priorities. You’ll also collaborate with the broader segment communications team to ensure consistency and impact across channels and audiences.
The Large Power Systems Division (LPSD) is at the center of Caterpillar's Power & Energy growth strategy. Through a global network of manufacturing and engineering teams, LPSD designs, manufactures and supports industry-leading large diesel and natural gas engines that serve power generation, marine, oil and gas, rail, industrial and Cat machine applications worldwide. Our teams help customers solve some of the world's toughest energy and infrastructure challenges while supporting growing demand for reliable power around the globe with nearly 10,000 employees and operations across North America, Europe and Asia.

$97,530.00 - $146,290.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
This position requires working onsite five days a week.
