This project supports initiatives under the CDC's Public Health Infrastructure Center that strengthens public health systems across state, local, tribal, and territorial jurisdictions. Work focuses on enhancing workforce capacity, improving data and technology infrastructure, and providing technical assistance to public health partners. The project also involves coordinating resources, supporting grant‑funded activities, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and advancing CDC’s efforts to modernize and sustain core public health capabilities nationwide.
This position supports the CDC’s Public Health Infrastructure Center by delivering strategic communications that strengthen public health systems nationwide. The role focuses on developing and reviewing executive‑level materials, digital content, and outreach products while supporting communication campaigns and stakeholder engagement across state, local, tribal, and territorial partners. The ideal candidate will collaborate with CDC leadership and project teams to ensure accurate, timely, and impactful communication for internal and external audiences.
