Position Overview:The Communications Specialist plays a vital role on the Marketing and Communications team at T Bar M Camps & Retreats. This position focuses on developing and managing content for email campaigns and other communications, specifically targeting camp parents. Key responsibilities include supporting summer camp communications, managing the T Bar M app, and maintaining website content. The ideal candidate is a strong writer who can convey detailed information clearly and concisely while maintaining the T Bar M voice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging email content for various audiences, including campers, families, retreat groups, alumni, and donors, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee summer camp communications to ensure timely, accurate messaging for campers, families, and staff.
• Support the Marketing Specialist in driving camp registration through effective copywriting for campaigns and advertisements.
• Manage communications across platforms such as CircuiTree, Keap, and Bunk1 to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
• Maintain and update website content to reflect current programs, events, and organizational priorities.
• Assist camp families and staff in navigating our app during the summer to create a positive customer experience.
