Qualifications

  • 10+ years in social media, digital strategy, communications, brand or content leadership.
  • Experience building enterprise-scale social media programs.
  • Strong understanding of audience development and influence-building.
  • Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.
  • Expertise in executive communications and thought leadership.
  • Experience managing agencies, technology platforms and analytics programs.
  • Demonstrated success driving innovation and organizational change.

Responsibilities

  • Reinvent the social media strategy: develop multi-year vision, identify emerging behaviors, redefine content, audience-first models, measure business impact.
  • Build industry influence: partner with leadership, elevate engineers/researchers, expand partnerships, create formats to explain complex tech.
  • Lead social innovation: pilot AI-assisted content workflows, test new formats, enable rapid experimentation and learning.
  • Embed social across the business: governance, champions, enable leaders, scalable content planning, enterprise training, employee advocacy.
  • Create world-class content systems: content engines around priorities, transform expertise into storytelling, platform-native experiences, distinctive visuals.
  • Own community and conversation: social listening, community engagement strategies, risk identification, escalation playbooks, derive business insights.
  • Deliver business intelligence and measurement: move beyond impressions and engagement to share of voice, influence, leadership, reputation, and contribution.
