Job summary

KLX Energy Services LLC is seeking a Communications Service Technician for Empire, OH. You will perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of temporary communications equipment at customer sites, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include shipping/receiving, equipment inspection, and coordinating with site leadership. A valid Class D license and ability to operate heavy equipment may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: Less than High School Education.
• Work Experience: 0-2 years.
• Related Experience: Ability to communicate and interpret a variety of oral and written instructions; Valid Class D license and acceptable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Shipping/receiving duties; loads/unloads trucks; uses system for tracking and reporting; follow shipping procedures.
• Installation/disassembly of equipment per OEM standards; operate, maintain and troubleshoot; ensure safety guidelines.
• Communicate with customer/site lead; advise on repair/replacement options; liaison between sales and operations.
• Inspect/rebuild/operate/test equipment; document records; follow safety and processing standards.
• May operate heavy machinery if properly certified.
