Google's Ads Comms group in San Francisco seeks a senior communications professional to inform and inspire about Google and YouTube advertising products. You will craft messages that resonate with business leaders, publishers and creators, while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
You will drive coverage with journalists, bloggers and influencers, coordinate cross-functionally with PR, marketing and product teams, and help grow Google's communication footprint across scales.

On Ads Comms, it's our job to help inform and inspire users, customers, business leaders and key opinion formers about the benefits of Google and YouTube’s advertising products. The Ads Comms team works within GCPA (Global Communications and Public Affairs). In this role, you will combine creativity with organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously, as well as enjoy pitching to journalists, bloggers and commentators.
As a member of Ads Comms, you will be responsible for managing several strategic YouTube ads product areas. Our products are going through a huge cycle of innovation in a very engaged landscape while YouTube as a platform continues to evolve and grow. To succeed in this role, you are willing to try new things and can manage numerous projects with tight deadlines. Things happen quickly at Google, and to do great work, you need to be an enthusiastic team player who can work cross-functionally with internal partners across PR, marketing, product and and with media outlets and influencers. You will have the opportunity to shape communications and help businesses grow and succeed. On a daily basis, you’ll be responsible for building and managing relationships with members of the media.

US: $141000 - $205000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
