Job summary

Seneca Resources seeks a Communications Engineer to join a dynamic team supporting advanced PLEO communication systems for national security missions. You will design, evaluate, and improve military communications, manage the SETR process, and collaborate with OEMs to integrate cutting-edge technologies.

The role is on-site at our Patuxent River facility in Maryland with a Secret clearance and a $130,000 salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in communications or systems engineering.
• Knowledge of PLEO systems (Link-16, TTNT, Link-22) and related tech.
• Secret clearance required; Master's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Experience with systems integration and working with OEMs.
• Familiarity with the SETR process and Navy communication systems.
• Strong analytical skills to improve system performance and integration.
