Job summary

White Circle, an AI Safety company, is seeking a Communications Designer to shape how the brand looks across our website, product, and brand. You’ll design landing pages, build visual systems, and create graphics and illustrations that feel alive.

You’ll explore motion, 3D, and other approaches to bring the brand to life, ensuring consistency across surfaces and launches. This role invites hands-on experimentation and rapid shipping to production.

Responsibilities

• Design landing pages from the first idea to polished, responsive final designs
• Develop visual languages, patterns, graphic systems, and illustrations that can be used across the website and product
• Help evolve the White Circle brand and turn it into something people recognise across different surfaces
• Bring brand ideas into the product, and find ways for the product itself to express the brand
• Create concepts for motion, interactions, animations, and other dynamic experiences
• Design visuals for launches, campaigns, social, events, and other brand moments

TL;DR: We’re looking for a Communications Designer to shape how White Circle looks and feels across our website, product, and brand. You’ll design landing pages, build visual systems, create graphics and illustrations, and explore motion, 3D, and other ways to make the brand feel alive.

About us

White Circle is an AI Safety company building the safety, reliability, and optimization layer for AI systems. At the core of our platform are policies – simple natural-language rules that define what an AI model should and shouldn’t do. We automatically test, enforce, and continuously improve these policies at scale.
