Salary: $45,000-50,000 annually

The Communications Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day execution of the organization’s communications across platforms, ensuring materials are clear, timely, visually consistent, and aligned with organizational values. This role coordinates, produces, and distributes all organizational communications that support numerous areas including but not limited to: educational offerings, community engagement, events, and organizational visibility.
This position is ideal for a highly organized communications professional who can manage multiple communication requests and deliver polished, audience-ready materials while working collaboratively in a small nonprofit environment. Strong design, writing, and content creation skills—as well as a commitment to understanding and being able to consistently deliver the organization’s brand voice, visual identity, and values—are crucial.
