Grimmway Produce Group in California is seeking a Communications Coordinator to promote and maintain the company's internal and external communications. You will assist in developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies and coordinate initiatives across departments.

This on-site role partners with the Director of Strategic Communications and Engagement and the VP of Corporate Affairs to advance department goals; occasional travel may be required, and writing samples may be

Competenze

• College degree in related field – communications, journalism, marketing, business, public affairs, English, or graphic design is required.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Must have ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks responsibly.
• High attention to detail, strong project planning and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.
• Experience coordinating projects or workflows from start to finish, such as tracking requests, timelines, and approvals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Writing samples may be required upon request.
• Must be able to travel occasionally depending on business need.
• This is an on-site position. Due to the nature and responsibilities of the role, remote work is not available.
• Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets company policy, insurance, and DMV requirements.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of applicable pre-employment screening requirements, consistent with federal and state law.
