Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Communications Assistant, you will help create positive interactions between our team, customers, and community partners. Your responsibilities may include:

• Interacting with customers and community members at local events and promotional activities
• Providing accurate information and answering questions in a friendly, professional manner
• Introducing customers to programs, services, and community initiatives
• Supporting outreach campaigns, promotional events, and fundraising programs
• Helping with event registration, attendee support, presentations, and general event activities
• Building positive relationships through face-to-face communication

• Working alongside team members to meet daily campaign and engagement goals
