Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Consultant to join our Defense and Security Segment. You will develop communications materials to build brand and product awareness for USCIS recruiting efforts and support brand design, campaign development and implementation.

This role requires 2+ years in communications, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust. Travel up to 10% is possible, with a clear path to contribute to stakeholder interviews, analyses, and reporting while executing

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of experience in communications, branding, marketing and/or public relations.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Communications or business related field.
• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST; candidates must obtain approved adjudication prior to onboarding.

What You Will Do

• Supporting current state analyses and gap analyses
• Supporting the development of reports and presentations summarizing the outputs of quantitative and qualitative assessments and analyses

Supporting the development comprehensive plans to implement program goals, meet requirements, and keep resources on track

What You Will Need

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Communications or business related field
• TWO (2) or more years of experience in communications, branding, marketing and/or public relations

What Would Be Nice To Have

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications
• Experience consulting for the federal government
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of business, both written and verbal
• Ability to adapt quickly and develop successful professional relationships
• Experience working in DHS

The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
