Here, you’ll advance your skills to design, develop, produce, and advise on a variety of internal and external products that support our Department of War (DoW) customers.

As a communications specialist with change management experience, you will design, develop, and execute communications strategies that inform, engage, and align key audiences.

You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience performing strategic communications and change management (CM) functions in a professional work environment
  • Experience developing communication and CM strategies and plans
  • Experience using digital tools such as SharePoint, CRM systems, AI, or LLMs to execute communications and CM initiatives
  • Knowledge of structured change frameworks such as ADKAR and stakeholder analysis tactics such as audience mapping

  • Experience supporting Agile teams, website development, or digital transformation projects

  • Master's degree
  • Change Management Certification such as PROSCI or CCMP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
