Support the broader BXTI Communications team in developing and executing clear, engaging communications that advance the firm’s technology priorities and enhance the employee experience. Based in the Miami office, the role involves drafting content, coordinating internal communications across key channels, driving adoption through marketing materials, supporting events and leadership engagements, and partnering with stakeholders across BXTI and other corporate functions to promote awareness of technology initiatives across the firm.
Candidates should exhibit strong organizational and communication skills, be self‑motivated, confident and team‑oriented, and comfortable in dynamic environments. Strong writing, analytical, research, evaluation and presentation skills are key, along with the following:
Expected annual base salary range: $80,000 - $95,000.
