Job summary

ProMedica Flower Hospital is seeking a Voice Operations Specialist to serve as the primary communications contact for the campus. You will operate the telephone system, manage all external and internal calls, and ensure accurate documentation of events.

This night-shift role dispatches officers, pages physicians and codes, and oversees surveillance monitoring and access control alarms. You will contribute to safety and rapid response initiatives while supporting hospital operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: previous experience as a Dispatcher or Operator.

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for paging emergency information, physicians, and codes. This role also manages surveillance monitoring and accessing control alarms.
