Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a Common Area Attendant for Club Wyndham Majestic Sun Resort in Destin, FL. You will maintain a clean, welcoming environment across indoor and outdoor spaces to help guests relax and enjoy their stay.

The role involves housekeeping across resort interiors, floor care, restrooms, and common spaces. Requires strong customer service, a neat appearance, and the ability to work independently or with others. Eligible for benefits after 30+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant, consistent cleanliness by performing housekeeping throughout the resort.
• Dust and polish furniture, counters, mirrors, fixtures; wash floors and windows.
• Sweep, scrub, mop floors; vacuum carpets; restock restrooms and locker rooms.
• Remove trash and maintain interior appearance; transport materials to disposal areas.
• Observe safety precautions; report damage, theft, and found items.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns quickly and professionally.

Now hiring for Club Wyndham Majestic Sun Resort, located at 77 Seascape Dr, Destin, FL 32550 (Miramar Beach area).

This position will be scheduled for four 10-hour shifts a week (with 3 days off). Pay for this full time position is $16.50/hour plus benefits. We are currently offering a new hire bonus of $500 (paid out as $100 after 30 days tenure, $200 after 60 days, and $200 after 90 days).

As a Common Area Attendant, you’ll maintain a clean and welcoming environment that helps guests relax, whether they’re lounging indoors or enjoying our outdoor amenities.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Ensure constant, consistent cleanliness by performing housekeeping through the resort.
• Maintain resort interiors by dusting and polishing furniture, counters, mirrors and fixtures, and washing floors, windows, counters, walls, and woodwork.
• Sweep, scrub and mop floors, clean and vacuum carpets, and re-supply restrooms and locker rooms with necessary paper products.
• Remove trash and maintain interior appearance by picking up debris, emptying containers, and transporting materials to disposal and recycling areas.
• Observe precautions to protect hotel and guest property, and report damage, theft, and found items to supervisors.
• Maintain positive guest, owner, and associate relationships by responding appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns as quickly and completely as possible.
