Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Commodity Manager II to lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for the Plastic Fabrication domain within the Direct Procurement Team.

You will drive cost-saving initiatives, build relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers, and guide outsource manufacturing sourcing to support semiconductor product growth. This role requires technical insight into fabrication processes and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in engineering, supply chain or related field.
• Strong total cost modeling capabilities.
• Proven leadership and team motivation.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Fabrication and semiconductor industry knowledge.
• Ability to build internal/external relationships.
• Strategic sourcing and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive sourcing decisions within the Plastic Fabrications commodity to guide supplier choices.
• Lead cost-saving efforts in this commodity.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and enable long-term success.
• Develop supplier relationships to understand roadmaps and capabilities.
• Identify and address supplier performance gaps with improvement activities.
• Collaborate with product development to outsource manufacturing sourcing.
• Negotiate and manage supply contracts to support business needs.
• Support sourcing and supplier development across business units.
