Job summary

EQT Corporation is offering a 12-week paid internship in its Commodities team, providing a real-world experience where you analyze supply, demand, storage, and transportation fundamentals. You will work with multiple groups, develop processes, and present results to senior management.

Ideal candidates are enrolled undergrad or graduate students in finance, accounting, or engineering, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, a GPA of 3.0+, and US citizenship or permanent residency.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management or a related discipline.
• Must have at least completed sophomore year at accredited 4-year degree program.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Work individually or as part of a team to assist with Commodities related projects and processes.
• Provide analytical support for the Commodities department on a broad range of topics.
• Interact with multiple levels of the organization.
• Develop and present results of analysis to senior management.
• Interest in energy markets and problem-solving.
• Analytical and quantitative skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
• Ability to grasp business concepts quickly and translate into technical solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders across the organization.

This individual will be involved in several projects throughout the internship specifically related to functions in the Commodities business including analyzing supply, demand, storage, and transportation fundamentals. • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be a currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management or a related discipline.
• Must have at least completed sophomore year at accredited 4-year degree program.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.

Remote work is being considered for this role excluding the following states: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, and Tennessee unless willing to relocate.

Selected incumbent will be placed into the position that best suits their abilities and experience level.
