Job summary

Saela Pest Control is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to expand our commercial client base and strengthen existing relationships. You will lead outreach, conduct on-site consultations, and collaborate with operations to ensure outstanding service and retention.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of B2B sales experience.
• Minimum one year of outside sales experience.
• Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and generate new business.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license.
• You must be 18 or over.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and developing new commercial business through networking, cold calling, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Following up on company-provided leads with professionalism and urgency to convert opportunities into long-term customers.
• Conducting on-site consultations to identify customer needs and recommend customized pest management solutions.
• Building trusted relationships with business owners, property managers, and facility managers.
• Managing your sales pipeline and consistently working toward monthly and annual sales goals.
• Partnering with our operations team to ensure customers receive outstanding service.
• Performing regular account reviews and follow-up visits to maintain customer satisfaction, identify additional service opportunities, and maximize client retention.

What You’ll Do

As a Commercial Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing our commercial customer base and strengthening existing client relationships by

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations

• You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• You must be comfortable performing inspections
• This position will require you to work outside, in all types of weather
