Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking a committed Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Springfield, MA. No prior experience required—comprehensive training and certification are provided to help you start a rewarding career and make a real difference for clients at home.

The position offers a $22.00/hour pay, flexible schedules, mileage and travel pay, and a $250 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Own a personal vehicle.
• Home Health Aide certification or CNA license.
• Willing to travel up to 45 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Support mobility and safe movement.
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals.
• Run errands such as grocery shopping.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Observe and report changes in condition.
• Respond appropriately in emergencies.
