Job summary

Batchelor & Kimball, Inc. in Conyers, Georgia, is seeking a Commissioning Specialist (Mechanical) to oversee checklists, observations, tests, and customer satisfaction for mechanical construction projects.

The role requires coordinating with technicians, PMs, and owners to ensure on-schedule execution and proper documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, knowledge of commissioning processes, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Understand project schedules, milestones, critical path, ability to identify future looking planning needs and constraints.
• Collaborate with technicians, team leads, and other PMs to perform project Cx tasks, meet schedule requirements, communication project progress, and review of plans / specifications and submittals’
• Support customer satisfaction initiatives by building customer relationships, investigating concerns, implementing corrective actions as directed
• Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with internal and external customers

A candidate with strong experience in Mechanical Construction projects will strongly be considered and interviewed. This is a Commissioning Specialist (Mechanical) position. All candidates must meet the following expectations and be able to work independently with minimal oversight. As a Commissioning Specialist, you will be responsible for checklists, observations, meeting attendance, witnessing tests and procedures, customer satisfaction and other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do:
