The Commissioning Provider I provides leadership in all aspects of one or more construction projects and leads the commissioning team to execute multiple commissioning projects. Provide leadership and oversight to the Commissioning team to ensure that the commissioning scope of work is executed in an efficient and accurate manner. Frequently interacts with the owner, owner’s representatives, contractors, engineers, and architects to fulfill the essential duties and responsibilities of the position.
The ideal candidate will possess hands‑on experience in MEP Coordination, equipment startup, controls programming, and Test & Balance (TAB) to ensure operational precision. You will be responsible for driving the commissioning process, resolving technical field issues, and validating that all systems meet peak performance and safety standards.
