Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an exciting career opportunity for a Commissioning Program Manager to join our National Mission Critical team! The Commissioning Program Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the commissioning program across multiple construction projects for a single client. This role establishes and maintains commissioning standards, oversees project execution, and supports field teams to ensure building systems are planned, installed, tested, and documented in accordance with performance, quality, and safety requirements. The Commissioning Program Manager serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, design teams, subcontractors, and owners to drive successful handover of high-performing facilities.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, building systems, or related field; or equivalent experience. 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, MEP systems, or related technical field including 5+ years of experience in data center commissioning; multi‑project or program‑level experience preferred. Strong understanding of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, and life safety). Proven experience leading commissioning activities on complex or large‑scale projects. Experience coordinating with owners, design teams, contractors, and vendors in a construction environment.
