Job summary

QCS Staffing Ltd is seeking a Commissioning Manager for a major data centre project based in Texas, USA. You will lead commissioning activities for critical facility systems, ensuring safe, on-time delivery and successful handover to operations.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, develop commissioning plans and test scripts, and provide technical leadership with risk assessments to keep the project on track for client handover.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commissioning Manager on data centre, mission-critical, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or large-scale industrial projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, controls, and integrated building systems, including testing and startup methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead commissioning teams, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and manage commissioning schedules in fast-paced construction environments.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with experience delivering complex projects through to client handover.
