Position Summary

The Commissioning Coordinator supports the successful execution of commissioning activities from equipment startup through project turnover. Working closely with the Commissioning Manager, subcontractors, vendors, equipment manufacturers, and startup technicians, this role coordinates field activities, tracks project progress, communicates daily updates, and helps ensure building systems are prepared for testing and startup.

This position supports one project at a time and serves as a key liaison between the commissioning team and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and track daily commissioning activities and field tasks.

• Construction project coordination and field operations experience.

Mechanical & HVAC Systems Knowledge

Working knowledge of the following systems is preferred:

• Air Handling Units (AHUs)
• Boilers
• VRF Systems
• Building Automation Systems (BAS)
• HVAC Controls Systems

Note: Hands-on service or startup experience is not required. Candidates should have a general understanding of how these systems operate within commercial buildings.
