Job summary

Advantage Technical is seeking a seasoned Commissioning Manager to lead startup coordination and QA/QC on a large-scale industrial/commercial project in Boise, Idaho. You will oversee commissioning activities, coordinate MEP system startups, and ensure system readiness and safety compliance.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of commercial construction, commissioning, or QA/QC experience.
• Experience with MEP systems and startup coordination.
• Semiconductor, industrial, or high-tech construction experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar construction software.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Now Hiring: Commissioning Manager

Location: Boise, ID

Schedule: 50 hours per week (Five 10-hour shifts)

Per Diem: $174/day, 7 days per week for candidates residing more than 50 miles from the project site
