Project Solutions Inc. is seeking a Commissioning Agent to support the Milwaukee U.S. Courthouse Hardening Project, providing services that include project management, contract administration, cost estimating, scheduling, construction administration, and commissioning support.

This role is contingent upon award of project. The ideal candidate has documented commissioning experience on at least two building projects with a similar scope, can operate as an independent contractor, and can

Qualifications

• Must have commissioning process experience on at least two building projects with a similar scope of work.
• Independent contractor status (not an employee, subcontractor to, or consultant of the General Contractor).
• Must perform GSA-required Fundamentals Building Enclosure Commissioning per ASTM E2813.
• Must prepare commissioning plans, checklists, and testing procedures; review submittals; maintain logs; prepare final reports.
• Experience coordinating commissioning services across design, construction, and closeout phases.
• Experience supporting system testing, verification, and project turnover activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the project's Commissioning Agent (CxA) and provide commissioning services.
• Develop and implement the project's commissioning plan, procedures, and documentation.
• Review design and construction docs to verify commissioning objectives.
• Coordinate commissioning activities with Government representatives, designers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Witness, document, and verify equipment startup, testing, and performance verification.
