Truvista Fiber is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to work in our office, consult with potential customers, and match services to their needs. You will generate leads, perform warm/cold calls, close sales, and help meet sales objectives while providing outstanding customer service.

The role requires in-office presence, with occasional evening or Saturday work and potential local travel for events and community activities. Bilingual EN/Spanish a plus; high school diploma or GED preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Industry and sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Reliable transportation with travel to alternate locations may be required.
• Maintain valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Occasional evening or Saturday work may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Solicit and sell new or upgrade services to new and existing customers.
• Manage sales leads and follow up to close sales and upgrades.
• Attend local events, fairs, and community activities to generate leads.
• Build community rapport to increase customer engagement and sales.
• Process orders for installation, activation, or service changes.
• Handle customer questions and billing concerns with professional service.
• Meet monthly sales objectives per the commission plan.
