Miraval Austin Resort and Spa is seeking a Nail Tech/Manicurist for a full-time role. You will provide natural manicures, pedicures, hand and foot massage, and treatments aligned with Miraval offerings, in a guest‑centered spa environment.

This commission-based position pays 52% per service, requires a valid manicure license, and a 4–5 day workweek with evenings and weekends. The resort, open 365 days, offers benefits, wellness programs, and opportunities to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Licensed manicurist required and must keep current on license regulations.
• Provide nail and hand services including natural manicures, pedicures, and hand/foot massages.
• Full-time commission-based role paying 52% per service.
• 4–5 day work week with evenings and weekend availability.
• Open 365 days a year and committed to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform nail and hand care services for guests as per Miraval protocols.
• Promote spa retail products to clients when appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory of tools and products.
