Labatt Food Service is hiring a Driver Helper at the Dallas location. The role supports Delivery Drivers by unloading 900–1,200 cases daily at stops, with local routes and a schedule Monday–Friday from 2:00 am to 5:00 am.

You will be home with your family every night and on weekends, with opportunities to earn your CDL through paid training. Labatt emphasizes safety and has modern trucks equipped with radar and safety tech.

Labatt Food Service is now hiring for a Driver Helper at the Dallas location.

Labatt Food Service, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas is the tenth largest food service distributor in the nation. We operate in a high-intensity, high-transaction logistics environment, supplying 14,000 items to food-away-from-home customers in Texas and New Mexico from 5 distribution centers.

The Driver Helper is responsible for assisting Delivery Drivers in unloading 900-1,200 cases per day by hand at designated stops. The routes are local and you will be able to be home with your family every night and on weekends. The schedule is Monday – Friday, with dispatch times between 2:00 am and 5:00 am. Get on track to earning your CDL!

Labatt wants its Commissioned drivers to have the safest fleet of trucks available. Trucks are equipped with the latest suite of radar and safety technology on the market, such as: adaptive braking and collision mitigation, lane departure warnings, and tire pressure monitoring on all tires. All our trucks are new and with automatic transmissions that will help with a smooth ride every day.

Must have a desire to become a Route Driver. Must be able to provide a valid Texas Class C driver’s license and proof of employment eligibility to work in the United States. Applicable candidates must pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical.
