Job summary

Labatt Food Service is seeking a Commissioned Driver Helper in Albuquerque, NM to support delivery operations in a high-transaction logistics environment. The role provides paid training to acquire a Class A Permit or CDL and offers a path to become a Route Driver.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with 10–12 hour shifts beginning between 1:00 am and 4:00 am. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position with no experience required; company will train.

We operate in a high-intensity, high-transaction logistics environment, supplying 14,000 items to food-away-from-home customers in Texas and New Mexico from 5 distribution centers.

Labatt wants its Commissioned drivers to have the safest fleet of trucks available. Trucks are equipped with the latest suite of radar and safety technology on the market, such as: adaptive braking and collision mitigation, lane departure warnings, and tire pressure monitoring on all tires. All our trucks are new and with automatic transmissions that will help with a smooth ride every day.

Commissioned Driver Helper Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting with the delivery of up to 1,400 cases by hand daily.

Commissioned Driver Helper Qualifications

• Entry Level - no experience required - we will help you start and build a career!
• Any of the following previous experiences is a plus! - Warehouse worker, Warehouse associate, delivery driver, package handler, order selector, manufacturing, factory worker, construction, general labor, laborer, landscaping, shipping and receiving, material handler, or any job where you work with your hands!
• Must have the desire to become a Route Driver
• Must bring a valid New Mexico driver's license, and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Applicable candidates must pass pre-employment background check and motor vehicle report, drug test, and physical.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, with dispatch times between 1:00 am and 4:00 am to finish (10-12 Hour Shift)
