Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking motivated sales designers in New Jersey to join our team. You will travel to client appointments, meet homeowners, and design effective organizational solutions with our support and training. Pre-set leads and commissions drive earnings.

You can earn $3,000-$8,333 per month through commissions and bonuses, with a flexible schedule and both full-time and part-time opportunities. Residents in NJ within 30–40 miles of the posting are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently.
Detail-oriented and has good time management skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills.
Outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
Educate customers on our products and services.
Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
