Miraval Austin Resort and Spa is seeking a Nail Tech/Manicurist for a full-time, fully commission-based role. The position pays 52% commission per service and requires evenings and weekend availability, with the resort open 365 days a year. Licensing must be current and maintained, with a focus on guest satisfaction and product promotion.

You will perform nail services, complete closing duties, and contribute to ongoing department improvement while delivering outstanding spa experiences.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain relevant nail licensing and keep current on regulatory changes.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a spa setting.
• Proactive in promoting spa retail lines and products to clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform nail services as part of a fully commissioned role with 52% per service.
• Complete side work and closing duties as directed by Department Head or Manager.
• Maintain and improve the spa experience and contribute to department growth.
• Meet the requirement of a 4–5 day work week with evenings and weekend availability.
