AT&T Memphis is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to drive sales, engage customers with product demonstrations, and help customers choose the best devices and services. You’ll use a consultative approach to meet evolving needs and build lasting connections in a fast-paced store environment.

You’ll work a schedule that includes evenings and weekends, with commissions on top of hourly pay. Training and growth opportunities are available along with a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations.
• Assist with inventory maintenance and store operations.
• Process transactions accurately and complete paperwork timely.
