Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7 hours).
- Able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Meets sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
- Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
- Educates customers on tanning rules and compliance.
- Maintains a clean and organized salon.
- Handles cash; opens and closes the business.
- Performs daily administrative paperwork and tracks goals.
