Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist in Ohio to promote our Internet, TV, Mobile and Voice products. You will be the face of the brand, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer care in-store.

Base pay starts at $18.00/hour with commissions up to $22.95/hour and incentive opportunities. The role requires a flexible schedule, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset to grow with Spectrum across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with cash handling and payments.
• Able to read, write, speak English and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Enhancing the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals.
• Identifying sales opportunities and creating ideal customer experiences through product support and education.
• Building positive customer relationships, effective listening, and overcoming objections, while reselling the value of our products.
• Maintaining knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, promotions and visual standards, while minimizing product losses.
• Ensuring a welcoming store atmosphere, delivering a clean retail experience, effective communication, policy adherence, issue resolution and participating in training programs.
