The role focuses on scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, promoting Loyalty programs, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience from start to finish. Flexibility with hours is required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal communication with diverse customers and peers.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and manuals.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
