• Real estate license required to work with clients and earn commissions.

Responsabilités

• Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities to answer client questions.
• Respond promptly to buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to provide outstanding service.
• Refine client needs based on home viewings and show additional homes meeting those criteria.
• Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyers that fit their needs and budgets to drive sales.
• Help clients determine offer price and assist through closing to ensure a smooth transaction.
