Qualifications

• Three or more years’ full-time retail loan origination experience.
• Active and or Approved-inactive NMLS license in the state.
• Experience with mortgage loan products including FHA, VA, conventional, jumbo, refinance, and purchase products.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new residential mortgage business and manage a residual pipeline.
• Build rapport with borrowers to achieve mortgage financing goals.
• Consult with customers and analyze their financial situations.
