Life Time Inc. is seeking a Massage Therapist to provide a range of massage services that complement fitness programs and enhance guest well-being at LifeSpa and Salon.

The role focuses on tailoring sessions to guests’ needs, educating on therapy benefits, and building ongoing relationships across departments to deliver a superior fitness experience. Qualified applicants should hold a state massage therapy license and a high school diploma or GED, with the ability to perform various massage

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Licensed massage therapist (state license) required.
• Ability to perform all types of massage therapies and sessions.

Responsibilities

• Greets and services members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provides individualized massage therapy services and treatments.
• Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with clients.
• Educates clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services and treatments.
• Maintains LifeSpa and Salon appearance and cleanliness.
• Promotes and sells massage therapy services and encourages repeat business.
• Remains current on certifications and trends in the industry.
